SHIPPING:

Our shipping to North America is handled from our distribution warehouse located in Laredo, Texas, USA.

Europe and South America, Australia is shipped directly from our manufacturing facility located in Mexico.

When your merchandise arrives at our distribution center, logistics will contact you to arrange a delivery date. There is no rush; we can store your saddle stand for a reasonable amount of time if needed to work around your schedule. If you are located in Texas or the surrounding states, you can request direct shipping from us. Jorge K Furniture Showroom is located in Dallas, Texas. If you have any questions about shipping or special deliveries, contact us so that we can expedite your order, including overnighting.

The standard delivery time for saddle stands can range from 4-6 weeks if not in stock. Please allow more time for all custom-made saddle stands. Customers may request photos to view saddle stands/furniture during the building process. Our distribution office will work closely with you to find a shipping company with the best rates for your saddle stand destination.

PAYMENT TERMS:

You can pay directly through our online secure website or you can call and make a payment directly to us by phone. A standard deposit of 50% of the total cost is required when purchasing your saddle stand to initiate the order. The total includes packaging. Prior to shipping your merchandise, the remaining balance should be paid before the saddle stand leaves our distribution center. We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, or transfers. Your credit card will not be charged immediately, but it will be before shipping. If you have any questions concerning payment or shipping, please contact us anytime.
